Twice a year the Claymont Lions has a fundraiser: White Cane Days. The club partners with local merchants such as Dunkin and ACME supermarkets. Lions wearing Lion “colors” station themselves by entrances and exits. We do not to ask for donations as our credibility is known throughout the community . In exchange for a donation Lions hand donors information about our club including brochures and bookmarks . The Claymont community has been very generous as many are aware of the many service projects we perform . Funds donated are used for eye research and community service projects.
